It was another day of frustration at our temporary “Home” on Saturday as Varndeanians were the visitors in the league. In all truth. The Varndeanians goal, halfway through the first half, was about the only touch James Broadbent had all match, as United dominated in so many parts of the pitch. ,but were once again unable to capitalise on possession.
On the brighter side of things, the Oval is nearing completion, and we will be playing back at our home by the end of the month!
This Tuesday we take on Wick (again) at Newhaven in the Sussex Senior Cup ,followed by Bexhill United, again at Newhaven, in the league.
