You will know all about “this time of the season” if you’ve been around a while - when managers, players committee and supporters look at the table and think “ I wonder…..” This season we are very definitely in the running for a place in the playoffs. A matter of 3 points and goal difference are the only things keeping us out of the top 5, and it all starts on Saturday , as we travel to Horsham YMCA. Basically every match is now a must win, to use the cliche, seven Cup Finals. To get promoted, 9 cup finals!!
One Cup final we definitely DO have is the RUR Cup final, the last Silverware that we won back in 2009, when we also won the league. Please note that the date has changed on this; we are now at Lancing on 2nd April, for a 7.30pm kickoff.
Another change is that we are now away to Lingfield of Good Friday evening at Whyteleaf FC, this is a 7.45pm kickoff.
